For the paper that is flipped before and after printing, due to the different paper edges of the former specified bits when printing the front and back, it is required that the size of the paper used in the same batch of live parts is highly consistent, otherwise the position of the front and back patterns on the paper will be uneven.
2, the front and side of the paper should be vertical
The front gauge edge and the side gauge edge of the paper should be vertical, otherwise in positioning, because the front and the front regulation plate of the paper are line contact, and the side and the side regulation plate are point contact, it is easy to appear contact deformation, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. 3, the incision should be neat, no raw edge
When the knife is not sharp enough, the paper is prone to rough edges. The paper wool of the raw edge is easy to fall off and adhere to the rubber blanket during the printing process, which affects the printing quality, and the raw edge at the bite is also easy to affect the normal detection of the distortion detection mechanism and the shutdown phenomenon.

2, cutting should pay special attention to the cutting Angle, must ensure that the vertical, the size of each stack of paper should be consistent, a pile of paper up and down in a straight line, the incision is neat, no knife flowers, breaks, sliver, path and fuzz and other phenomena, the lower paper should be cut through, not dirty, not broken.
3. Ensure the accuracy of cutting quality, cutting size and finished product size. After the finished paper is cut, it should be stacked separately according to different parts, indicating the name of the printed part or the print number to avoid confusion, and sent to the machine on time to ensure the printing time.
4, in the handover with the material department, to carefully count the number of received.
5, ensure the normal operation of the paper cutting machine, the equipment does not have "disease" operation, according to the regulations and equipment instructions, regular maintenance of the equipment.
6, the cutting product should be graded, among which, the size meets the requirements, the finished cutting square, no knife flowers, knife marks, the error is not more than ±1mm, for the superior product; The size meets the requirements, the finished product has no obvious knife flowers and knife marks, and the cutting error does not exceed ±1.5mm, which is a good grade product; The size basically meets the requirements, and the cutting error of the finished product is not more than ±2mm, which is a grade product.

9, keep the surrounding environment of the paper cutting machine clean, no cutting corner material, paper scraps, debris, pay attention to whether there is oil under the press rod and the paper push, whether the paper table is wet and rusty, whether there is nail head wire and other hard objects, so as to avoid scratching the knife edge. The equipment and spare knives used for cutting paper should be carefully managed and placed safely. Sharpening and blade replacement records should be detailed and accurate.
Operating procedures for paper cutting processes
1. In the preparation stage, the monitor (captain) shall check the types, specifications and quantities of paper according to the requirements of the production task list, accurately understand the technical requirements such as the cutting size of the product, and inform the team members.
2. Switch on the power supply of the paper cutter during the operation stage, check the electric eye, motor sound, move the paper cutter to see if there is any abnormality, and make the actual working value of the paper cutter consistent with the value displayed on the screen of the paper cutter, such as the actual cutting size consistent with the display size. After all is correct, according to the size of the paper to be cut, try to move the paper pusher, determine the position of its moving before and after, and then put the collided paper on the work table, and make it close to the paper pusher and side stop gauge, according to the requirements of the task list to smooth the four sides of the paper; Push the paper pile to the specified cutting line with the paper pusher, put down the paper press to press the paper pile, position, cut the knife down, start cutting, after the cutting is completed, rise away from the paper pile, then the paper press also rises, return to the original position; The cut paper should be clearly marked and transferred to the next process.
