01 Equipment accuracy decreases
    In the post-press processing equipment, the structure of automatic stamping machine and automatic die cutting machine is basically the same, mainly divided into paper feeding, host and paper receiving three parts; The working principle is basically the same. The main parts that control the machining accuracy are the left and right gauge and the front gauge, as well as the paper guide system that helps the printing product to locate.
    After a long time of use, the parts of the machine wear, the precision decreases, the parts of the paper guide system are also affected. Especially, the maximum speed and long time continuous operation of the machine will cause more damage to the tooth row and the left and right gauge paper guide wheel spring. Under the condition of high-speed operation for a long time, the tooth and spring repeatedly move to produce high temperature, resulting in metal fatigue. In this way, the stiffness of the tooth piece and the elasticity of the spring decrease, resulting in insufficient pressure of the paper teeth, which leads to the inaccurate positioning of the printed product in the front gauge position.
    In order to avoid the inaccurate overprinting caused by the decrease of the precision of stamping machine and die cutting machine, the equipment should be used reasonably, and the machine should not be kept running 24 hours a day continuously and at maximum speed. The speed limit should be set according to the factory capacity of the machine. The machine should be kept at rest when the product is not processed; At ordinary times, all parts of the machine should be lubricated, and regular maintenance should be carried out on teeth row paper teeth and paper guide wheel springs.

02 Improper machine adjustment
    In the process of hot stamping and die cutting, the pressure of the paper teeth is too small to hold the paper edge, and the paper slips when embossing. The opening and closing action of the paper delivery teeth and teeth is maladjusted, some parts of the paper feeding system are maladjusted, so that the paper feeding is not in place or; Excessive force will lead to inaccurate overprinting. Therefore, attention should be paid to the size of the paper pressure and the amount of paper in the adjustment, especially the pressure of each paper wheel of the paper feeding system, and attention should be paid to the speed from slow to fast when starting.

03 Deformation of paper
    There are two kinds of paper deformation:
    1. Paper cutting is not standard, hypotenuse or wavy paper edge. Therefore, we must ensure that the paper cut out to a right Angle, straight edge; Do not beat the edge of the paper repeatedly when cutting, so as not to cause wavy edges.
    2. The water content of paper is not stable. It is mainly manifested in some heating processes, such as UV curing, screen printing drying, hot printing heating, over-oil drying, etc., the water content of paper changes. In order to avoid the paper deformation caused by the change of water content, each process should be timely handover, retention time should not be too long, at the same time to take certain protective measures to prevent the paper water loss naturally, such as protective film protection. And keep the workshop temperature, humidity and paper water content balance. The paper water loss caused by heating in special process should be compensated by adjusting the temperature and humidity, so that the paper water content can be restored to the original standard state.
   
    In fact, there are many reasons for poor post-press processing accuracy. As long as we pay careful attention to each link in the processing process, sum up our experience, and strictly control the operation technology and process technology, we can avoid that many orders have defects, most of which are caused by the lack of attention to details. It is very necessary to pay attention to details and practice high requirements on the process.
