Air pump
At present, there are two kinds of air pumps used in offset press, one is dry pump; One is the oil pump.
1. Dry pump is through the graphite sheet rotating slide to produce high pressure air supply to the printing press, its general maintenance items are the following:
① Clean the pump inlet filter every week, open the gland, and remove the filter element. Clean with high pressure air;
② Clean the motor cooling fan and air pump pressure regulator every month;
③ Oil the bearing every 3 months, and add the designated brand of butter to the oil nozzle with the butter gun;
④ Check the wear of the graphite sheet every six months, open the cover to remove the graphite sheet, measure its size with a vernier caliper, and clean the entire air chamber;
⑤ A year (or 2500 hours of work) for a large overhaul, the whole machine will be disassembled, clean, check.
2. The oil pump is a pump that rotates and slides high pressure air through the stainless steel spring in the air chamber. Unlike the dry pump, the oil pump is cooled, filtered and lubricated by oil. Its maintenance items are as follows:
① Check the oil level every week to see if it needs to be filled (to turn off the power and observe after the oil is returned);
② Clean the air intake filter every week, open the cover plate, remove the filter element, and clean with high pressure air;
③ Clean the motor cooling fan every month;
④ Change the oil once every 3 months, completely pour out the oil in the oil pump chamber, clean the oil chamber, and then add new oil, of which the new machine should work for 2 weeks (or 100 hours);
⑤ Carry out a large-scale overhaul every 1 year (or 2500 hours) to check the wear of the main wear parts.
Air compressor
In the offset press, the air pressure control action of the ink road, clutch pressure, etc., is achieved by the air compressor to supply high pressure gas. Its maintenance items are as follows:
1. Check the compressor oil level every day, not lower than the red line mark;
2. Daily discharge of condensed water in the gas storage tank;
3. Clean the inlet filter core weekly and blow with high pressure air;
4. Check the tightness of the transmission belt every month. After pressing the belt with your fingers, the elastic range should be 10 ~ 15mm;
5. Clean the motor and heat sink every month;
6. Change the oil once every 3 months, and thoroughly clean the oil chamber; If it is a new machine, the oil needs to be changed for 2 weeks or 100 hours;
7. Replace the inlet filter core every year;
8. Check the air pressure drop (leakage) every 1 year, the specific method is to turn off all the air supply facilities, let the air compressor rotate enough gas, observe 30 minutes, if the pressure drops more than 10%, it is necessary to check the compressor seals, and replace the damaged seals;
9. Overhaul once every 2 years, disassemble for comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
Dusting equipment
Under the control of periodic paper receiving machine, the high pressure air duster blows the powder in the duster to the top of the paper receiving machine and sprays to the surface of the printed matter through the small hole of the duster. Its maintenance items are as follows:
1. Clean the air pump filter core every week;
2. Clean the powder control CAM every week. On the receiving chain shaft, the induction CAM will lose its periodic accuracy control due to too much dust, so it should be cleaned regularly.
3. Clean the motor and cooling fan every month;
4. Dredge the powder spray pipe every month, remove it if necessary and rinse it with high pressure air or high pressure water. Dredge the powder spray hole above the paper receiving machine with a needle;
5. Clean the duster container and agitator every month, pour out all the powder, press the "TEXT" key on the duster, and the residue in the container will be blown out;
6. Check pump graphite sheet wear every 6 months;
7. The pressure air pump is overhauled every 1 year.
Main electrical cabinet
The high-pressure air duster, under the control of periodic paper receiving machine, blows the powder in the duster to the top of the paper receiving machine and sprays to the surface of the printed matter through the powder holes. Its maintenance items are as follows:
1. Clean the air pump filter core every week;
2. Clean the powder control CAM every week. On the receiving chain shaft, the induction CAM will lose its periodic accuracy control due to too much dust, so it should be cleaned regularly.
3. Clean the motor and cooling fan every month;
4. Dredge the powder spray pipe every month, remove it if necessary and rinse it with high pressure air or high pressure water. Dredge the powder spray hole above the paper receiving machine with a needle;
5. Clean the duster container and agitator every month, pour out all the powder, press the "TEXT" key on the duster, and the residue in the container will be blown out;

Main oil tank
At present, the offset press adopts the rain lubrication method, which requires a pump in the main tank to press the oil to each unit, and then drizzle the gear and other transmission parts to lubricate.
1. Check the oil level of the main tank every week, not lower than the red mark line; Due to the need to let the oil pressure to each unit back to the tank, it is generally necessary to turn off the power for 2 to 3 hours after observation;
2. Check the working condition of the oil pump every month, whether the filter net and the oil filter core on the head of the pump straw are aging;
3. Replace the filter core every six months, the new machine needs to replace the filter core after 300 hours or 1 month;
Method: Turn off the main power supply, put a container below, unscrew the filter body, take out the filter element, put the new filter core in, fill the same type of new oil, screw the filter body, turn on the power test machine.
4. Replace the oil once a year, thoroughly clean the tank, dredge the oil pipe, and replace the suction pipe filter. The oil of the new machine should be changed once every 300 hours or 1 month, and then once a year.
Paper chain refueling device
Because the paper receiving chain works at high speed and heavy load, it must have a periodic refueling device. Maintenance items are as follows:
1. Check the oil level every week and replenish it in time;
2. Check the oil circuit every month, dredge the oil pipe;
3. Clean the oil pump thoroughly every six months.
